You’re Not Too Busy to Prospect
When is the last time you thought about urgent vs. important?
Urgent tasks can include expense reports, forecasts, and answering a ringing phone.
Unfortunately sometimes these tasks take you away from truly important things. Prospecting and cold-calling is SO important. You're NEVER too busy to prospect, because if you don't, the phone will eventually stop ringing.
Make time for important tasks as well as urgent ones. You'll be so happy you did.
