Don’t Stop Practicing Your Sales Presentations

We moved into a new house recently and we put a big mirror in the work-out area so my daughter can practice her cheers.

You know what else it's good for?

Practicing presentations. No matter how experienced we are, practicing is ESSENTIAL. I found myself in my basement, fully dressed in my suit with my hair all curled, practicing my introduction (which is actually a story, because story-telling works).

I was able to pace around, practice smiling, and practice my jokes. I felt so much better after I finished, and my presentation was so much better for it.

Maybe not everyone has a "cheerleading practice area", but we all have a mirror. Go find one and practice your presentation. It will pay off, I promise.
