Customers Hate Marketing Fluff

How do you do that?

Cut out the marketing fluff, such as:

👉 Cutting-edge technology

👉 Synergistic Solutions

👉 World-Class Services

Instead, act like you're telling a neighbor what you do. "My company spends a lot of money on Research so we're always coming out with new technology. For example, we recently came out with...."

This is an elevator pitch that WORKS.

Not, "We provide synergistic solutions for patient-centric care. Our cutting-edge technology is best-in-class and we provide a wide range of ubiquitous solutions and services to meet any need you might have."

Blech 🤮

Not interesting. Just talk like a human. Your customers will like you much better.
