Products Are King

We're often told it's all about the relationships in sales. 🀝

But is it really that simple❓❓❓

I don't think so.

The truth is, people buy from people WHO ALSO HAVE GREAT PRODUCTS.

And those people must also:

βœ“ Be genuinely curious about the customer and their business.
βœ“ Be able to communicate why the products meet the needs of the customer.
βœ“ Be knowledgeable about the products so they can see how the product will fit the customer.

It's not enough these days to just be charming. Customers are too smart.
