Products Are King
We're often told it's all about the relationships in sales. π€
But is it really that simpleβββ
I don't think so.
The truth is, people buy from people WHO ALSO HAVE GREAT PRODUCTS.
And those people must also:
β Be genuinely curious about the customer and their business.
β Be able to communicate why the products meet the needs of the customer.
β Be knowledgeable about the products so they can see how the product will fit the customer.
It's not enough these days to just be charming. Customers are too smart.
