Never Be Afraid to Walk Away
Customers LOVE discounts. And free stuff.
And that's great, if you can give that stuff away and still make money. But some customers just never stop asking for more and more and more until they bleed us so dry we're actually losing money on the deal.
You know what customers I mean. The ones who don't value you, your products, or your relationship. Never be afraid to walk away from these customers. If it's not working, it's not working.
