GREAT Sales Managers Do This!

Great sales managers create great sales cultures. Bad sales managers create toxic ones.

This is what GREAT sales managers look like:

👉 They don't steal your thunder. If you did something great or created a presentation that works, they give you full credit.
👉 They don't interrupt you. They value your opinion and ideas. They might THINK they know where you're going with your question or request, but they know they might not, so they wait and let you speak.
👉 They don't micromanage you. You know what you need to do. Now just get it done.

It's amazing what a great manager can do for a territory. And it's also amazing what a crappy one can do. I have seen companies get torn apart by managers who do these things. It's such a shame. Find yourself a GREAT manager to work for and watch the magic. Or better yet, BECOME a great manager. We need them in this world.
