Don’t Make This HUGE Sales Presentation Mistake!

Does this experience sound all too familiar?

Marketing: "We created a new slide deck. Make sure everyone is using it."

Sales Team: "Okay, but I don't think customers like having so many slides. And it talks about us an awful lot."

Marketing: "Just use the template. It's what works. Trust us."

Don't trust anyone who forces you to start your presentation with 10 slides about you, your company history, your company headquarters, and your "best-in-class designation".

Trust your gut. Customers want to talk about themselves, not YOU. Start your presentation talking about the customer and their needs. You'll get a much better hit rate.
