Good Cold Calls Look Like This

When you're calling a potential customer for the first time, you can't just "wing it". You need a plan.

The first few seconds are CRUCIAL.

Here's what you DON'T want to do (and yet these mistakes are SUPER common):

👉 Say you're updating your database
👉 Tell them you're the leading provider of...
👉 Tell them you have a new promotion you're running

You need to give them time to respond. Customers want you just introduct yourself. Plain and simple. Silence is okay, even if it feels awkward.
