Get Your Priorities Right…or Lose Out in the End

A wise friend once told me if you keep your priorities straight, you can never go wrong in sales. Always put the customer first.

Sure, that commission is really tempting, but if you know the customer doesn't need the products or needs something cheaper, so be it. That commission will come back around tenfold if you have a reputation for putting the customer first.

Next, your company priorities do matter. If they don't make money, they'll start doing layoffs and then everyone loses. Put yourself last and you'll never lose a customer's trust.

Do you agree?
