Good Cold-Calls Look Like This

When you're calling a customer for the first time, you need a plan.

The first few seconds are CRUCIAL.

Here's what you DON'T want to do:
❌ Say you're updating your database
❌ Tell them you're running a promotion for a product they don't care about...
❌ Tell them about your "cutting edge technology"

Customers say they wish sales reps would just introduce themselves. Plain and simple. You need to give them time to respond to you. Silence is okay, even uncomfortable silence
