Sales skills are the result of talent, PLUS all the hard work you put into honing your craft. The best salespeople are both talented AND hard-working.

Finding new customers is a super important part of sales, and it takes skill. Without it, we're just selling to the same people over and over, and how can we grow if we don't find new customers?
