A Job Interview Prep MUST!

I interviewed someone recently, and he stood out like a sore thumb. But in a good way.

He had already found the names of his would-be peers through research on LinkedIn and had reached out to them for more information.

He wanted to make sure this job was legit and would be a good fit for him as well.

Wow.

Now, this is a strong candidate.

Is this a true story? I wish. I'm hoping someone will see this and do this the next time I help hire a new sales team.

I'm not sure why more people don't do this. You should be vetting the company just as much as they're vetting you, especially in this job market.
