How Do We Attract and Retain Top Sales Talent?
Sales reps are motivated by money. Right?
If not, they might not be in the wrong profession π
I am getting ready to work with a few different companies on hiring new sales reps. During the discussions, a difficult question came up: How do we attract and retain top sales talent?
I would argue itβs very simple: money.
But the question is, is there more to it? And do younger, less experienced talent need less base and more commission to encourage them to hustle? Or the opposite?
And the answer is YOU!! I have built my business on interviewing customers about their opinions, but now I want YOUR input. I have over 30,000 connections, and most of them are sales reps.
