What will you be getting out of this podcast?

It’s called the Golden Rule of Selling.  What does that mean to you?  We all want to make more sales and win that trip to Jamaica.  But we can’t do it alone.  It’s all about our relationship with the customer, and that’s what this podcast is all about. 

It’s about getting inside the customer’s head.  Finding out the way THEY want to be treated, so we can develop a really strong relationship with them.  Because sales is really all about the relationship.

In this podcast, we will be be doing lots of interviews.  But not with sales experts.  Well, maybe a little of that. But more than that, we will interview actual customers, so you can hear directly from them them and you’ll find out all kinds of valuable information about what they think about you.  About what you could be doing better.  What you do well.

  • How do they want YOU to change your selling process (or not) with this new world we’re living in

  • The Fine art of the Cold Call – Real specific details on how to get around the gatekeeper and what to say when you get there

  • You’ll hear from different kinds of buyers, technical buyers, economic supply chain buyers, end users including clinicians

My expertise to bring you this podcast is from two areas:

  1. Twenty years of sales experience in industries including medical device, reinsurance/insurance, online media, fundraising, event marketing/planning

  2. The research I gathered through my company MMS Consulting. I spent 3+ years researching hundreds of customers in over 20 states, and I gathered it all into a rich database, and use this as the basis for my sales training and keynote speaking.
