The BEST Sales Email Template

I've written emails that get up to 40% response rate from customers.

And I've also written ones that get almost no response.

It's all about testing and trying new things, and then going back to the ones that work.

When you DO find something that works, you'll want to send that same email over and over again, with minor tweaks. Many people have software that helps them create templates, but SO many people are still doing it the old-fashioned way, and wasting time cutting and pasting, or typing the same thing over and over.

I want to show you a super easy way to send an email template using email signatures within Outlook. Most people use them for Out of Office messages only, but they're super under-utilized.

You can use email signatures for:

👉 Sending out an email for a specific type of product that you sell (this is especially helpful if you sell several different things)
👉 Sending a tried and true prospecting email to a specific type of customer (ultrasound, imaging, etc)
👉 Sending out an install-list to a customer after you've sold to them, such a list of things that must be done on their side, and it's the same for every customer
