1. You don’t have to turn in call logs. They trust that you're getting to customer when/if needed.

2. You get paid very well for what you sell. There's not a lot of conditions on selling certain things and meeting thresholds before you get paid.

3. You get to take your vacation days without judgement, especially for doctors appointments and sick days. They trust you to get your work done.

4. You get opportunities to grow and management is willing to invest in YOU.

5. Your manager is available when needed, but not breathing down your throat.

If you can find this, you're home free. Keep looking until you do, and then hold on tight!
